Free sample option allows customers to test out different colour/shades before committing to an entire order, saving time and money in the long run. Delivery was fast - I received my samples within days of placing my order! Customer service reps are friendly and responsive; they will quickly answer any questions as well as resolve any issues that arise with orders promptly and efficiently. The quality could be improved but overall, their blinds are a great value for what you're paying for them so I'm satisfied with this company's workmanship thus far.”
