“My blinds arrived sooner than expected, with a competitive price and great customer service. One of the blinds was damaged in shipping - I sent an email to get it sorted out that same day! The agent said they would remake my order at no extra charge, confirmed immediately by return email. Definitely satisfied overall!”

Blinds look good but the brackets are disappointing.

“The blinds look good. However, I don't like how the brackets are visible over top of the valance - it looks unfinished and is not aesthetically pleasing to me. When I contacted support about this issue they told me that's just how it should be done as if making them taller would make no difference whatsoever in appearance..”

“We were able to get a few samples by mail and made our selection from there. Measurement instructions were easy, too. A bit of an issue with delivery but this was quickly resolved by HeyBlinds. they even replaced one small piece missing in the box! We're very pleased with our blinds - look fantastic without any hassle or problem whatsoever!”

They let you customize the order and were very flexible about changing things here and there when we got confused (which is often). The delivery came in less than two weeks, which is super fast for custom window treatments like these. Even better?
