“I ordered samples prior to buying the actual blinds. I wanted an idea of what they'd look like and if their quality is sturdy. However, after receiving my order quickly without any errors or damage done during the shipping/delivery process; all doubt was removed from my mind as far as price goes for these durable window treatments! They're easy to install (by myself) with simple instructions - just follow them step-by-step :) It took me a while but once completed successfully it looked great! The material looks very fresh & clean.”

“I ordered two sets of cordless blinds, but one set I received was difficult to roll up and created a large balling-up within the material. It wasn't working well at all! Frustrated with this outcome, I called their customer service department who then sent me replacement blinds for free. However, they were just slightly more resistant than my original order so it took some time getting used to them before they worked perfectly fine again - great customer service overall though!”

“I was a bit surprised by the quality of fabric because it wasn't too thick. It felt like I could tear it if my hands were any stronger, but thankfully that didn't happen! The installation process was fairly simple and easy to follow along with from start to finish; all you need is some time and effort put into getting those blinds up on your windows. I'd recommend this product as one for its price range: they're not horrible or anything, just keep in mind how delicate the material seems at first glance!”
