The customer service representatives were really helpful at answering my questions as well, but it would have been better if they had sent installation instructions with their product because I did not know that brackets are required to install them until after I received everything in the mail. Luckily however, they quickly responded by sending me all of these items for free so now we can get our window blinds installed properly!”
