“The blinds I ordered were exactly what I was expecting in terms of quality. The only problem I had was with the delivery, which was delayed by four days due to the order being lost. I was determined to get the right length for my side returns, so I enlisted the help of live web chat. I sent pictures of the wall and valance to make sure I got the right measurement. But even after sending me longer side returns, the length was still off. I gave up and just lived with it.”
