Difficult installation process

“I had a mixed experience with HeyBlinds. On one hand, the ordering process was easy and the blinds arrived quickly. However, the quality of the blinds was not as good as I was expecting. They felt flimsy and the material wasn't as durable as I had hoped. Additionally, the installation process was more difficult than I had anticipated and the instructions were not very clear. I also had some issues with the customer service team - it took a while to get a response when I had a question about my order.”

“So... the product has been delayed again. I'm not sure what's going on with these shipments, but it seems like my order is stuck in neutral right now? But, I’m willing to wait for them since I know that Hey Blinds produce high-quality shades ever since. HeyBlinds: We’re sorry for the delay, unfortunately there are still some supply chain issues which occasionally cause delays at the factory, but the good news this is happening less and less frequently. We’ll keep you updated with the latest status.”
