“We had a problem with the valance for our three-window set. The original valance came in much too short, so we called customer service. They asked us to take a picture of the length and email it to them. Thankfully, they made it right and sent us a new valance that fit the window perfectly. We're very pleased with the valance and the blinds, but we did have to call customer service a few times to follow up. We were told that someone would call us back, but no one ever did. However, overall we're pleased with the service and the blinds.”
